Whether you’re looking to start clear aligners (Invisalign), replace retainers, or get comfort care for braces — I bring the experience directly to you.
What is On Call Ortho?
On Call Ortho by Stearn Orthodontics offers at-home Orthodontic care for clear aligners (Invisalign), retainers, and braces emergency visits in and around Syosset, Long Island – including consultations, digital scans, and follow-up care.
Patients can get:
- ✅ Clear aligner(Invisalign) treatment for adults, teens and children
- ✅ Retainers (1–4 sets, scanned once and reordered anytime)
- ✅ Emergency braces visits (like poking wires or missing braces colors)
- ✅ Convenient scheduling – evenings, weekends, and Fridays available
- ✅ Everything done at home, work, or your chosen location
All care is provided by me personally — not a rotating provider or assistant.

Since On Call Ortho is new for most people, we can start with a quick phone call. I’ll explain how everything works, learn what you’re looking for, and answer any questions — whether it’s aligners, retainers, or an orthodontic emergency.
💎 Aligners
I’ll come to your home (or a location you choose) for a full consultation. I’ll take a quick digital scan and we’ll talk through your treatment options, timeline, and what to expect. When your custom aligners are ready, I’ll return to your home to get you started and make sure everything feels comfortable.
🛡 Retainers
I’ll visit you for a quick digital scan, then your retainers are made and shipped straight to your door. It’s quick, easy, and convenient — no in-office visit needed.
⚡ Emergency Comfort Visits
If something’s bothering you — like a poking wire, broken bracket (no repairs), or missing color tie — I’ll come to you and take care of it so you can feel comfortable again.
